Add HTML to the content area of all pages in a section

A customer requested an image to appear at the top of every page in the section. So at first we started putting the img code at the top of each page in that section. But then we decided that it would be a great feature to allow customers to insert some HTML at the top of the content area of every page in a section.

The advantage of this approach is that if the image changes, we can change it in one place. Also, it's a good example of how the simple architecture of Struturo can accommodate a new feature like this easily. There is a lot of power in making one section definition change and updating potentially hundreds of pages immediately.
